As the finishing point of many items in the manufacturing sector, we recognise that speed is of the essence (items that require a Zinc finish can be turned around in 2-3 working days). If required we can also offer a premium overnight service. A number of factors enable us to offer such a swift service:
- As the operators of one of the largest capacity plating plants anywhere in the UK, we can offer clients speed of service that is unmatched. The plating process tanks can accommodate large parts up to 1 Ton in weight with ease. We can Zinc Plate items up to 4m in length, and Nickel Plate items up to 5m in length.
- Another string to our bow is that we run our plant as a 24 hour operation. This allows us to offer a premium service, whereby goods are processed overnight, and returned the next day.
- We are one of the only plating companies in the country with automated packaging facilities on site. 4000-5000 tubes can be packaged in a day.
- A fully automated process means that goods can be plated with speed and with no loss in the quality of the finish.
