New Heavy Product Powder Coat Line

FP Advanced Coatings has installed a powder coat line to handle heavy and outsize fabrications or components.

This provides coating options for items up to 1.2 metric tonnes, and dimensions of 2.2 x 2.7 x 3.5 metres, with the potential to coat components up to 10 metres in length.

Powder coat can be applied to bare metal surfaces (blast-cleaning/shot blast recommended), an e-coat primer, or a powder coat primer, to meet a written coating specification or performance requirement, to the specific colour, finish and gloss level required by the customer/end user.
