New investment into paint line will increase productivity 

Company investments have been made into a new paint line in order to improve production speed and the quality of service provided. 

Speeding up production time by 60 percent, the new line is aimed for completion at the end of April 2022. 

Environmental impact and productivity levels

Whilst improving customer service and product output, the line will also reduce FP Advanced Coating Limited’s negative impact on the environment. 

Relying heavily on its powder coating reputation, the company needs the new paint line to meet its growing customer demand which has pushed the automatic powder line to maximum capacity.  

The investment has equally been made to introduce a more modern powder application system which incorporates robotic powder applicators and a quick colour change powder feed and handling centre.
